Possibly Pregnant Again

So I had my son in May of 2010 and I had my Mirena placed on Aug. 20, of the same year. I bled for 4 months after the placement and suddenly stopped. Ive gained about 10 pounds and I feel fluttering in my uterus like I did when I was pregnant with my son. I have pains in my breasts as well. Moody like normal. I am a single mother in college so I am definately not ready for another child. Please give me advice and your opinion as to whether you think I am pregnant or not.

It could go either way. Mirena is a hormonal birth control and causes many symptoms women relate to pregnancy. (These would include weight gain, nausea, breast tenderness, fatigue, headaches, missed periods, etc) Unless it's slipped or came out the odds of failure are slim. Take a pregnancy test with first morning urine or see a doctor for a blood test.
