Possibly my first ever yeast infection?

I've never had a yeast infection in my life, so I'm a little confused. My mom talks about the few she's had and how horrible they were for her, but my symptoms are proving to be very mild. I'm a little sore when peeing, and I've seen some thick, clumpy, white discharge between my labia (sometimes on my underwear and even in the toilet when it's real bad) but it's not a constant. I don't have any sores anywhere, I have my normal musky smell. I've read that oral sex could cause a yeast infection. My current boyfriend is the only person I've ever let go down on me. We also have a lot of rough sex. In fact just two days ago it kinda hurt (actually now that I think about it, it might've been a queef building up). Can anyone help a girl out?
