Postule/tongue looking things near the perineal body/vaginal opening?

On occasion it hurts a bit when my vagina rubs against my pantyliners. I always thought it was dry or irritated but I finally took a look and there are long little tongue looking skin tags growing near the perineal body! I will be able to see a gynecologist soon but does anyone know what this is?
A lot of times if I ignore it it eventually stops hurting, but now I wonder if it's a virus. If I wear no underwear or don't wear anything that hugs that area it doesn't feel like anything, but it hurts a bit when I wipe.

I have a photo if anyone's not too grossed out to help me. Much appreciated

I am 23yo and have never had children. I have had unprotected sex but not recently, and I have gotten checked and it came back fine. Is it a hidden STD? Or just a skin abnormality?
