Pre-Cramps

Z.Z
Usually the week before my period I experience mini-cramps, kind of like "pre-cramps", kind of a tight feeling in the abdomen every now and then. This has happened to me for as long as I can remember... anyone else experience this??

I didnt want to start a new question & take up space- Does anyone else experience ovary pain around ovulation?  How long does it usually last?  Can you tell if ovulation is starting when you first feel pain or could it just happen at anytime?
Thanks 4 any responses

I'm pretty sure it's when you first start feeling the pain - usually a week before your period. But I could be wrong on that. But that is what I was told, so that's as much as I know! Hope it helps a little.
