Pregnancy Test

My last period was 10/28, I had pink when I wiped on 11/9.  My period should have been 11/23, took a HPT 11/23 BFN.  I tried taking a HPT 2day & it had no results!! (didnt work 4 some reason).  Has anyone had their HPT not work?  Ive had what I think is a terrible cold for a week but other then that I dont have tender breasts or any signs of pregnancy..  I cant figure out whats going on.  Im off to the doctor 2morrow.  Ive heard of people feeling like they have a cold when getting pregnant, is that true?  Thanks =)

I just found out i'm pregnant and what cued me to take a test was that I was out of work for 2 days with an awful cold.  I'm still getting over it. Try the clearblue easy digital pregnancy test.  It was awesome!  After two iffy results...the digital one said PREGNANT...clear as day....it will either say PREGNANT, NOT PREGNANT, or VOID TEST...so you'll know for sure.  Try that.  Let me know how it goes!

I tested again & got another BFN...  =(  Guess Im just waiting for AF to come.  Wonder why she had to tease me being 2 weeks late!!!

I'm sorry you're going through this.  I know what it's like to be teased by AF.  She can be such a wench.  :-)

I don't know why a pg test wouldn't work.  Was it the digital one?  That is strange.  The only thing I have to offer is that with 2 BFN and being almost 2 weeks late that you are probably not pg.  I'm sorry.  I've been teased before too and the tests have always been right for me.

Good luck tomorrow though.  If you're getting a blood test then you'll finally have a concrete answer.  Good luck and baby dust!

sometimes it takes a while for the HCG to be able to be detected by an HPT.
i used the digital clear blue easy, but mine was WRONG! i got an BFN, but was pregnant. i got 6 bfn's before i got a positive.
if you want to be preggers, call your doc for a bloodtest, and good luck!
