Pregnancy question

I use to be on the patch (January 2008 until July 2008) and have recently switched to the pill. I went through the first pack and used it perfectly. Then I had my period. I started my second batch of pills and only took 2 pills and had a death in the family. I forgot my pills at home and was gone for a week. I had what I thought another period. Since then my husband and I have decided that I should stay off the pill and try to conceive. We had unprotected sex Saturday and Sunday evening where I was able to lay on my back for a while (until I fell asleep causing me to lay on my side or stomach). I know that it is too soon to know if I could be pregnant, but do you think that it is possible? This "mysterious period" could have messed my cycle up, am I right?

Speaking on what happened to me, i was on the pill i missed 4 days and in those 4 days i had unprotected sex with my boyfriend, and continued taking the pill after than about.. 2 weeks later i didint have my period and i thought its because of the mix up from my pills not being taken,i called my doctor 4 days after my missed period he told me to come in for some tests,and the first test was negative, 9 more days later i took athome test and it was positive and now im 3 months pregnent and everything is going good :) so it could be possible check in a few days or weeks, good luck!!

We had unprotected sex again last night, in the hopes that if the last few days didnt take, then hopefully last night's "load" will. Congrats on being pregnant! Did you have any signs that you could have been pregnant before you took the test other than a missed period
