Pregnant and Worried

Hey Guys! I am 7weeks 5 days pregnant today. I am having a really hard time quitting smoking cigarettes. I don't do drugs, I don't drink alcohol, and I don't consume caffine. I just can't kick this nasty smoking habit. I have been smoking for 7 years. I don't know how to do this...please help!! Any Advice on how you guys stopped?

No advice, just wishing you both well as you try to kick the habit.  And I am impressed that you both want to.  I see so many hugely pregnant women puffing away and it drives me mad.

I know you both can do this.

Join the club.  I'm praying for terrible morning sickness to make me quit.  I wean slowly, but I immediately cut down to 3-5 a day.  It is difficult, and I drink water instead.  I quit every time I'm pregnant, and as soon as I'm no longer pg, I start again...This is my 4th pregnancy.  I'm only 4 weeks.  I haven't smoked today, but I will.  It is so hard, but you have to start with cutting back.  I don't know your smoking habits, or I would give you more ideas.
