Pregnant and having Severe headache, Dizziness, Short of breathe, and fever.

Currently I'm 27 weeks and 3 days pregnant. For the past couple of days I've been dizzy, with sever headaches and fevers. I was just curious as to if this was normal (this is my first pregnancy) or if I should be concerned. I do have an appointment later today, but just curious as to if I should talk to my doctor about these problems.

I am 16 weeks pregnant and i am 17 years old this is my first child so im really not sure what is going on. The other day i got really dizzy and fainted it scared me so bad. Ever since then i have been getting really dizzy and i always get really bad head aches now what is going on.

when i was pregnant with my first child everytime i went to the grocery store and was by the section where they keep milk and orange juice i would get really dizzy and feel like i was going to pass out.  i have no idea why maybe from the lights or something.  pregnant women get dizzy sometimes.  if it is really bad go to your ob.
