Pregnant with an IUD???

I have had an IUD-Mirena in for about 5 months and have not had my period at all. This past week I have been getting Pregnancy symptoms. I have two children already and I am getting the same symptoms I got in early stages of pregnancy with them... So one would think that I am pregers-right?, but I got two negtive pregnancy test results. I dont know what to do. I am worried because I herd if you dont get the IUD removed it can cause a miscarriage and I am taking meds that one should not take during pregancy. Does anyone have any similar feedback or info for me? My Doc seems to think its impossible!
