Prima Care vitamins are the number 1 prescribed vitamins in the country so that has to make you feel good about them.  They have the most EPA and DHA than any other prenatal.  I looked them up when I was given them and they meet the NIH recommendations.  I visited their website and they seem to take care of everything from a one pill to a two pill to a chewable to even one without omega 3s if you don't want to take those.

I love them!

Beware - Prima care One Prenatal Vitamins contain hydrogenated oils and, worse, paraben - a cheap preservative banned in Europe and believed to contribute to some breast cancers and breast cysts, among other estrogen-driven health problems.

I take it and I love it, except the price...oh man is it expensive. There is only one side effect that I have from it and it is strange LOL! When you burp after taking it, it tastes burned...weird I know. Other than that I love it!

I am 7 weeks pregnant, and have been taking PrimaCare Prenatal vitamins since the beginning of my pregnancy.  I tried a few different vitamins before and they did not sit well with me. PrimaCare works great and I love that it has the Omega 3..which helps to enhance brain development for the baby.  Also it will help keep your nails and hair shining. I haven't experienced any side effects..just a great vitamin. I must say I think this vitamin is a good choice.
