Provera and Clomid question

by Peachyt, Sep 27, 2006 12:00AM
I have just been perscribed Provera 10 mg times 10 days.  I wanted to know about when I should expect my period, my doctor was kind of foggy on describing the full process to me.  I was also told to begin the Clomid 50 mg on days 3-7 of my cycle. When should I expect to ovualte?  and how long will my ovulation last? Other than just missing my period for 4 months there was not other factors as to why i was missing my period, so getting pregnant should be easy right?? Im just so confused, thanks for all of your help.

you should start a new cycle no more then a week after stopping the provera.  I just did the clomid and I ovulated 6 days after stopping  it is 7 to 8 days after you take your last pill.  Good luck to you.  oh that means if you are trying to concieve.  start doing the baby dance as soon as you are done with your mency
