Provera

I have not had a period since the beginning of August, other than some light bleeding. My doctor prescribed Provera for me to take. When should I expect to have AF? I have been on the medication 2 days already and I am to take it for 10 days. If anyone knows or has also taken Provera please let me know what to expect. Thanks!

Hi, i was put on provera also. I started it on nov.21st and my doc said it could take up to 14 days. But i am pregnant and the doc. and i did not know that at the time i started takeing it so i am not onit anymore. but he did say it shouldn't take more than 14 days. How much are you takeing...

I am on 10mg, before I started BC I was very unregurlar and since I have stopped taking BC I have not had AF.

I am also very unregular,from the age 14-26 i have had 10 periods. The reason the doc. put me on provera is because i had a miscarriage on oct 21st had not gotten a period yet so he put me on 20mg a day which i think is alot.Are you pregnant?I did have a friend take provera and she got her af in 6 days.

I have taken 2 rounds of provera....the first time it took 4 days from the last pill...meaning that I got af 4 days after I took my last pill...

and this time I got af 3 days after taking my last pill...
