Provera

by Rory417, Jun 17, 2008 09:57PM
Since getting off of Birth Control I have had irregular periods.  My OB prescribed me provera to requlate my periods.  I have been taking for 5 months and I still have not been able to have a period on my own.  My husband and I want to get pregnant but are confused if I am ovulating or not and if we will be able to get pregnant since I am unable to start menstration with out taking the provera.  Am I ovulating if I have to take Provera to start my period?  What are my chances of getting pregnant if I have to take the provera to induce my period?

the provera is to start your peroid, usually used alongside clomid to induce ovulation, it sounds like your not ovulating, maybe you need to suggest clomid to your ob. good luck
