Puffy vein on labia minora

I have a flesh colored puffy vein on the right side of my inner labia, its thick and its near my clitoris running along the edge of the labia.

When I have sex or orgasm it gets even puffier, and almost bubbles out thats why im pretty sure its a vein. I am not able to find anything about this online.. so I am kind of hoping someone else has a similar thing? or know is it this is okay?

It doesn't hurt but feels uncomofortable if i sqeeze and poke at it. I feel really embrassed about it and want to avoid showing it to the doctor if I can..

I have a long history of varicose veins on my Dad's side and have had varicose veins on my legs since I was 12. I'm now almost 29 and the varicose veins are horrible and seem to be getting much worse by the day. I have my one and only child 8 yrs ago this week which only added to the problem! Last year I went into a vascular surgeon and got hooked up to the machine and sure enough, My two main veins in each legs are bad. I need to get them taken care of however the money isnt exactly available for me to get the procedure done.

I noticed two days ago after coming home from work, while in the shower I had popped another vein. However this time is much different, as you already know it's not in a place any woman wants a bulging vein... Its just left of my clitoris on the inside of my labia! Its completely uncomfortable and I'm very puzzled. Most of what I'm reading online is from women who are pregnant or those who have had multiple childbirths. I had my tubes tied at 22, and Ive only had one child. I'm scared. Although the only thing Ive been told is to cold pack it, and staying off my feet when I'm not working is not a problem as I'm not really comfortable being upright.

Does anyone know if a hemmoroidal cream will help or hurt it? Is there anything else I can do? Sex is of course out of the question, so no worries there.

Are you pregnant?  If you are some women get varicose veins in that area.

If not, you need to show a doc.  No need to be embarrassed, seen one seen 'em all.
