anyway, i wouldn't worry too much about this. it sounds to me as though it was just an average run-of-the-mill pimple. it is not uncommon for a woman to develop a pimple every so often on her nipple. as long as you haven't noticed several of these and they are not painful, i would try not to worry too much about it.
make sure that you tell your doctor exactly what you told us. don't mention paget's disease and see if he does. if he doesn't, maybe you might want to bring it up before the exam is over.
