Question about Cervical Mucus

I have seen Cervical mucus for the last several years, but this time it has blood in it. This is the first day of seeing mucus and sometimes it has brown spots in it, and other times it is more pinkish color. I just had taken diflucan the doctor gave me. One on Friday and the other on Monday. I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not. Plus I have gotton very light pains where my left ovary is. Could this just be normal ovulation? Also how many days is cervical mucus present? Sometimes I see it for three or four days.

I don't know about the blood but the CM lasting for 3-4 days is normal when ovulating.
