Question about Phleboliths found on a CT Scan of the Pelvis

A CT Scan reveal  Phleboliths found on the Pelvis.  It hurts too much and doctors do not seem to find an answer in Puerto Rico.  I have a Panniculitis in the Abdomen and the abdomen is enlarge.  The same CT Scan test reveals Hepatoleomegalia.

I have a RITA Venous Access Med Port implanted on my heart due to venous insuficency.   I have being admited with Panniculitis in the Abdomen and inflammation but doctors seem to be puzzle.  I am a graduated Pulmonary Therapist but the staff at the hospital does not seems to understand.  I am a Multiple Sclerosis, Diabetes, Axonal and Peripheral Neuropathy, LUPUS and High Blood Pressure patient.
