Question about Severe itchiness

I have severe itchiness in my vaginal, anal area, inner thigh, vulva, butt cheeks, pubic area(I have not shaved within the last year) for the last five months. I have taken antifungal, yeast infection medication and the symptoms go away and return after my period.for the last two months, I started wearing looser fitting clothes, wearing cotton panties, changed my detergent and nothing. I still have severe itchiness, I can't help but scratch it, the scratching alleviates the itching but later the same thing occurs.
I do not have any other symptoms but the itchiness. What can it be?
