Question about epidural

My little girl will be four weeks this Friday and I am still hurting from where the epidural was.  I was just wondering if this was normal or not.  It hurts like a bruise and when I arch my back it hurts then too.  I figured by now it would be healed up, but then again I have no clue due to the fact that this was my first.  I am doing fine with everything else, so it just scares me that the pain is still there.

My sister's daughter is almost 9-years old and my sister still has a little tenderness from where her epidural was inserted.  Tell your doctor on your follow-up visit-- or if it's really bad, call the doctor's office tomorrow.
