Hi, wasn't really sure where to post this one. I have a question about spine/lower back irritation. Every once in a while I feel an irritation in my lower back. This isn't painfulPainful menstrual periods, however, it feels as if there is ball or sack in my spine. It bothers me most when I am sitting up or lying on my back or side. I haven't had any kind of spinal injuries. Though I must say my posturePosture Posture-d h/p is very very poor, and my back is slouched most of the time. I am ashamed to say i've struggled with that practicly all of my life. Any thoughts, or ideas as to what might be causing this irritation? (Though the answer seems obvious, hehe.) Thanks!
