I had a completeComplete Complete a-z Complete allergy Complete natal Complete premium Complete senior Complete-rfhysterectomyHysterectomy Hysterectomy - series 14 years ago, thought I was forced into menopause then. This past year I have gained 15 lbs. I am active, walk an hour every day.(brisk walking) still gaining weight. I eat very healthy, my eating habbits have not changed, yet I am gaining weight.
Went to the doctor, had all kinds of blood work. Thyroid appears to be good. He cannot figure out why I am gaining weight except that I am perimenopause. I can't figure this out!!!
I have no hot flashes at all, no symptoms at all, except feeling very down, and that is because I cannot loose this weight I have gained no matter what.
I even joined herbal magicMagic bullet............they could not help me..after spending all that money!!!!
The doctor has nothing to say, except wanting to put me on an anti depressant, which I don't need.
