Reactive lymph nodes

Unexplained pain in RUQ that penitrates to the back. I have had blood work, ultasound of gallbladder, HIDA Scan, End0scopy, All test were perfect... Got the results back today from CT Scan of Abdomen and pelvic....In laymans terms
IMPRESSION:
Multiple subcentimeter lymph nodes in the Abdominal cavity starting at the lower end of the stomach to the folds of the intestines. "the individual lymph nodes are not enlarged by size criteria but the number of lymph nodes is greater then narmally see. these could represent REACTIVE LYMPH NODES"...
Everytime I type in Reactive lymph nodes.... Lymphoma (SP) comes up..... the imaging center said another CT Scan in 3 months.. my Gastoenterologist is having me back in 2 months....
Also..
mild fatty change of the liver
mild colonic diverticulosis with out diverticuletis
Any help out there on how to take this...
