Really Need Help!

How can I stop my irregular periods? Ive been irregular since i started my period when i was 9 years old. I am now 18 about to turn 19 and still this problem hasnt been fixed. Ive tried birth control pills and it didnt work. Ive had a pelvic ultrasound and i was okay, no cancer or cysts. So what can it be?
