No I had no abuse and when I get wet I am like a water fall but it still hurts no matter how relaxed or how aroused I am I just don't know what is wrong with me.
Hey I am like that too... I have only ever been with my hubby, but I know that when we first started to have sex we would do it more that once a day and I was always really tight. I thought that it was just because I was new to it and I would loosen up.... But here it is almost 5 years later and I still have problems with being to tight to insert "it". I have never needed to use lube... once we get into I am plenty wet enough... When it is really bad I try different positions... Him being on top or from behind are the ones that I have found to really help. I am pregnant with my first baby now, so hopefully after I deliver the baby I will loosen up. If u ever find out anything that u think will help let me know!
The spasming of the vaginal muscles does not mean it has to be caused by abuse. Sometimes it just happens. There are a whole lot of nerves down there and sometimes things just don't work right.
Find a good gyn, some one who will listen to your concerns. Sex shouldn't hurt.
