Rectal cut

I have been on this forum before A while ago.. I have been to see the same Doctor now 3 times and the same nurse more often.
I presented my Doc a very painful rectal area on the perinium (between the Vagina) Doctor looked and said no soreness just dry use this (Betadine Paint) My hubby painted a little whole like cut after he dabbed it, a little Puss came out.. This was 3 months ago. The cut opened aftet going to the loo one day ANDOf we went back to the nurse who called in the Doctor to examine me.. Ah I didn,t see it was that sore the last time you came.. He gave me some Anti fungal cream..Of home again I went and began the treatment. For a couple of weeks as per all was going well. Until I felt the usual cycle I had been on.. Sharp sore pains on the perinium and the little cut/hole would be open again with a tiny amount of blood. NO PUSS. This cycle has been going on now for a while.. Doc looks again has a prod and says it is just very dry.. No Absess (abscess) no fissures!!!!HOME again and again the cycle returns. IT really is the tiniest hole... Hubby looked at it today and he says although it has reopened. Its not so bad as it has been and looks like healing progression is being made, although it be small! I AM NOT SO SURE THE WAY IT FEELS! I am not happy for some reason that I should be on this painful cycle.. MY PERIODS have gone to once every two months.. I am 46 and believe I am Peri meno..

ARRGGGGG HELP! I have just begun Arnica and Nat Phos (Homeopathy with a Anti bacterial Ointment! Any one else had these experiences?

If you are peri-menopausal, a big symptom is vaginal dryness and that is what it sounds like to me. i am not sure where you are located, but I would use an antibiotic ointment to heal it, then continue to use petroleum jelly there ever after, once it is healed. The other thing I would recommend is for you and DH to stop taking safaris down there to prod and inspect it - surely it can't be helping it to heal!

Maybe an estrogen cream to help rebuild the suppleness of the tissue. Especially if your headed into menopause.

Thanks my Spirits have been quite low for sometime now! I really needed a chuckle..My hub doesn't touch it he looks to see what is happening. If he hadn't have looked we wouldn't know what stages or changes this cut had taken tot ell the Doc about...

I have just started today Antibiotic Ointment as part of Homeopathic Advice.. along with Arnica and Nat Phos... I was supposed to be using Silcea also, but what little puss that was coming out a few months ago from the hole it seems to have ceased.. Just a minute little bit of blood every two to three weeks with a very painful glass like pins and needles type pain before every flare up.. Also seems a Hemroid will accompany it just before or just after wards.. Watching this pattern closely

Estrogen Cream.. Thinks on about that ONE yes.. It may even be a good Idea when the particular mode of treatment that I am about to endeavour on doesn't show any progressive healing.

I also have Hemroids that have been persistent now for just as long! My whole life is changing. I have lost 12 Kg of weight on a high fibre diet. I was 20 stone.. I am now 18 and half stone! AND GOING DOWN! Yes I am sure this will benefit me in the long run. Funnything is since I started to loose weight I feel like I am being punished with these ails! GRUMP GROAN MOAN MOAN!

WOW used an antibiotic ointment.. It made it worse.. I know have 2 paper cuts as well as the little whole still there..

its itching like mad and I have starting using good ole fashioned Sudocrem.. Soothes the itch if nothing else..

Have moved to good ole fashined Sudocrem iyts soothing the itch!
