I recently have noticed that once I have gone the the bathroom, that when I wipe there are slight traces of blood on the tissue. Any ideas on what this this? Just a little concerned?

Yea depending on what color the blood is, it is important to be aware and knowledgable. I had the same problema nd it was consistently reoccuring. Mine wasnt hemmroids, they determined it as infammatory bowl syndrome, which sucks. But it was bright red and on the tissue and in the toilet. You need to go see your doctor, any bleeding is bad bleeding and it is important to know. They may alter your diet and even go as far as a colonoscopy, which by the way SUCKS.

Listen if the blood is dark, maroonish then you need to get yourself to the hospital asap, because that means there is bleeding going on in your system beyond your colon.

Good luck you will be in my prayers

Is the blood bright red?  If so, it could be hemorrhoids.  Keep an eye on it, and go to the doctor if it doesnt clear up in a few days.
