Rectal bleeding with right side stomachache

I am having heavy rectal bleeding in bright red color with sharp pain in right side stomach.
Stomach pain is not continual.  If i touch on my stomach pain is increasing.
Heaviness in the stomach/bloating stomach.
Always feeling very tired and dizzy.
3yrs back i had consulted my doctor, and she told me that, I have internal piles.
But what i heard was, if the problem is just piles, there should not be stomachache. If i don't pass stool also, I am having heavy bleeding. bleeding is not constant. After 2-3 times bleeding, its stopping.

What might be the problem. Can anyone tell please.?

Hello and welcome.  You need to seek immediate medical attention.  yes, call your doctor today and get in to see him and if you don't have one, go to an urgent care.  You are having pain and heavy bleeding.  This warrants a follow up with your doctor to determine what is going on and to figure out a treatment.  Being dizzy from pain and bleeding heavily is to be followed up on as soon as possible.  good luck
