Red patch on labia minora

Hello
I fingered myself a day to two ago and right after my right vagina lip swollen up this has happened to me before and it did not hurt so i just left it and it went down within a day and a half after it went down then i saw that i had a red patch on what i think it called the labia minora it stings a bit when you touch it and i think it’s got bigger I’m not sure it looks like when you get a piece of skin of your hand or something all red like but on my labia minora Im not sure on what to do or what this is ):?
