Reddness inside Vagina. It is itchy and irriated

So my vagina is offly itchy, irritated, and red on the inside. I used a few creams my mom said to use, plus I am a virgin. What can I do to stop the itcheness? I have shaved the area and also I have another issue with my period. Before, after, or during my period I get these horrible stomach aches, weird heart movements that I can feel, limpness in my arm, blindness for sort periods of times, and head aches. I thought at first I had a stroke but turns out my mom and my grandma all had the same thing and it went down after they had their first child. What is it called that happens and should I get treatment for it?
