Right Lower Abdomen And Back Pressure
Why am i having these right lower abdomen and back pressure? My BMs are regular as well as my urination. I drink plenty of fluids. Im scared can someone please help me!

The pain and pressure may not mean anything much and can be due to gas and bloating or colitis etc. However since the pressure is on the right side, the possibility of apendicular mass needs to be ruled out. Also in women ovarian cysts, pelvic infection or a retroverted uterus need to be ruled out. Consult your Doctor. Hope this helps.
