Right thigh pain (back side of upper thigh right under butt cheek))
I have been having a constant pain in the back of my right thigh. It's not a sharp pain, nor does it hurt to the touch. I didn't pull a muscle either.  I don't know what this is all about. I haven't been to the doctor yet. Does anyone know what it might be?

Could be a compression of the sciatic nerve.  Very uncomfortable.  A trip to the chiropractor or a physio may be in order.

Or you have pulled a muscle but haven't realised it ie it could've happened in your sleep.  Massage, heat pack and an anti inflammatory ie Voltaren would help if that's the case.
