Having pain on my low back, hipHip joint replacement Hip pain and abdomen, I visited doctor and he referred to have a ultrasound of abdomen. Report of ultrasound of whole abdomen:
Gall bladder: Gall bladder is normal in size with no evidence of calculus.
Pancreas: Pancreas appears normal and regular in outline.
Spleen: Spleen is normal in size with homogeneous echo-texture.
Kidneys: Both kidneys are normal in size, shape and position with well defined cortex and medulla. No renal stone or calyceal dilatation is seen on either side.
U Bladder: Urinary bladder is filled and normal in contour. No calculus is visualized.
Uterus & Adnexa: Uterus is normal in size, anteverted in position with fairly homogeneous echo-texture. No gestational sac or product of conception is seen. In the Rt adnexal complex mass measures about 4.0 x 3.5cm is noted. Lt side appears normal. Cul-de-sac is free from collection.
Doctors comments: Suggestive of Rt adnexal complex mass.
