I HAD ALOT OF VAGINAL ITCHING FOR THE LAST TWO WKS AND A LITTLE DISCHARGE BUT WITHOUT ODOR. MY DOCTOR SAID IT IS CHLAMYDIA BUT I AM MARRIED AND HAVEN'T BEEN WITH NOBODY. MY HUSBAND SWEARS UP AND DOWN HE HAS NOT BEEN WITH NO ONE, HE EVEN WENT TO TAKE AN STD TEST BUT THE RESULTS ARE NOT IN YET. IS THERE A POSSIBILITY THAT THE TEST OF MINE COULD HAVE BEEN WRONG. I TRUST HIM. AND HE GOES TO WORK AND STRAIGHT HOME OR HE IS ALWAYS WITH ME, THAT IS WHY I AM CONFUSED. I DID HAVE A BLADDER INFECTION ABOUT TWO MONTHS AGO BUT THAT IS IT. AND THE ITCHING STARTED A WEEK AFTER MY PERIOD ENDED AND ABOUT 3 DAYS AFTER I PUT ON MY NUVA RING ( I HAVE BEEN ON IT FOR ABOUT 6 MTHS NOW) OH AND THE NUVA RING WAS ON WHEN THEY TEST ME. PLEASE SOME HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OK, LOOK I AM NOT EMBARASSED OF NOTHING. IF MY HUSBAND CHEATED I WOULD BE THE FIRST TO ADMIT IT AND THEN KICK HIS ASS OUT OF MY HOUSE. THE THING IS THAT IT GOT ME CONFUSED BECAUSE THEY TESTED ME MONDAY, AND THURSDAY THEY SAID I WAS POSITIVE AND THEN FRIDAY WE BOTH WENT TO GET TESTED AGAIN AND THEN ON TUESDAY THEY SAID BOTH OF OURS WAS NEGATIVE SO WHAT THE HELL COULD HAVE HAPPENED? BEATS THE **** OUT OF ME? AND YES I HAVE HEARD OF JERRY SPRINGER BUT DON'T SEE THAT SHOW, IT IS ALL A BUNCH OF LOW CLASS BULLSHIT. BUT ANYWAYS I DON'T WANT TO WASTE MY TIME ON SOMEONE SO IGNORANT AND STUPID LIKE YOU. SO GO AHEAD AND KEEP THINKING WHAT YOU WANT.
OH ANOTHER THING IS YES YOU ARE RIGHT ABOUT NOT HAVING INSURANCE SO WE WENT TO MY DOCTOR WHERE SHE SAID SHE WOULD BILL US. AND I CAN TELL ANYONE FOR SURE I KNOW I HAVEN'T BEEN WITH NOONE BUT I DON'T ABOUT HIM BUT I CAN TELL YOU THAT HE IS ALWAYS WITH ME IF HE IS NOT AT WORK. AND WE BOTH TRUST EACH OTHER THAT IS WHY THIS TEST MADE US BOTH TENSE AND WONDER WHAT THE HELL WAS GOING ON.
You or him must have been with someone. You need to get your story straight. You can't have it one minute and don't have it the next and besides you said your husband's test came back negative but he doesn't have insurance to get cured. Look lady you don't have to reveal your identity on this website so why not be completely honest. Who's going to challenge you or ridicule you for being honest. If you're man cheated then he cheated it's nothing to be embarassed about it happens everyday all day watch Jerry Springer and Maury Povich remember "The lie detector test determined THAT WAS A LIE!!!! SORRY I TOOK SO LONG TO RESPOND, BUT THE GOT THE ANSWERS YESTERDAY FOR MY HUSBAND AND THEY WERE NEGATIVE. WELL, YES I DO HAVE TROUBLE PUTTING IN THE NUVA RING AND TAMPON AND I WENT TO GET MY PAP SMEAR TODAY. THE DR SAID SHE DON'T SEE NOTHING ABNORMAL BUT SHE NOTICED MY PELVIX IS A LITTLE TILTED BUT THAT WASN'T BAD. I GOT SCARED THOUGH. THIS WAS ANTOHER DR AND SHE SAID THAT IT WAS 99% POSITIVE BUT IF HIS IS NEGATIVE THEN MINE HAD TO BE WRONG. HE DOESN'T HAVE INSURANCE SO HE CAN'T GO TO THE DR TO GET CURED AND I LOOKED UP IN THE INTERNET AND IT SAYS IT DOESN'T CURE BY ITSELF. SO WHAT DO YOU THINK. IT IS CRAZY. BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO THINK. MY HUSBAND SAID "SEE I TOLD YOU I WOULD BE NEGATIVE, I SWORE I WASN'T WITH ANYBODY."
i forgot...i dont know anything about the nuva ring but if you leave it in too long can you get an infection? could that be a cause? also, if you are having trouble inserting it and tampons, you may be swelling OR very tense/tight so you are having trouble.
i am sure you are afraid to call for the results yet on th eother hand want to know. although.. doesnt your husband have to call since those are the ones you are waiting on? either way, HOUND THEM!! do it today since its fri. you'll need to wait the whole, long weekend since its a holiday mon. you NEED to know because you cannot treat yourself without knowing what is causing this itching, discharge. im sure you're tired of all this but the 1st step is getting all of your results back. this is agony.

SO I WENT TO THE DR AND SHE SAID IT WAS CHLAMYDIA SO THEN MY AND MY HUSBAND WENT LAST FRIDAY AND THEY SAID IT WAS NEGATIVE. BUT THE THING IS THAT I WAS TRYING TO PUT ON A TAMPON TODAY AND IT HURT AND I WAS HAVING A HARD TIME PUTTING IT IN AGAIN. BUT LIKE I SAID BEFORE I NOTICE A LUMP IN MY VAGINA LIKE TISSUE OR SOMETHING AND THE DR NOTICED TOO BUT SAID "OH IT DOESN'T LOOK ABNORMAL" WHAT DO I DO? SORRY FOR THIS ONE BEING SO CONFUSING. yes, there is a swab of the discharge that they test for the yeast so it is a different "sample" if you will. you should definitly ask since that is what it sounds like to me. i am embarassed to say i do not know the female body all that well..LOL about where exactly the discharge comes out. i would imagine however if the dr. was doing an internal and you did have yeast it would be clumpy in there. just as if you had a tampon inserted and sometimes small clots will stick to the tampon. (like you were saying about the discharge being on the nuva ring).
i would call the dr about the results since they already called yesterday with them. waiting for them to call back again may take days and you want to treat whatever this is with the proper medication.

jeeze, what a worrying mess! i dont know anything about the nuva ring but i can tell you that YES, absolutley discharge comes out with a yeast infection. its distinctable because it's "clumpy" "cottage cheese"-like. you shouldn't have any odor though w. a yeast infection. but yes to itching, burning, redness and discharge. sometimes if you take a mirror and look inside (down there) you will see the thick whitish discharge "sitting" there. i hope his test comes back negative. although me being a worry wart, depending on how his results come back, get tested one more time to "break the tie" since one of yours came back positive and one negative.

THEN THEY TOLD ME YESTERDAY THAT MY SECOND ONE CAME BACK NEGATIVE BUT HIS TEST HASN'T CAME BACK. THEY CALLED US TODAY FOR HIS RESULTS BUT WE WEREN'T HOME SO I WILL CALL THEM TOMORROW TO FIND OUT ABOUT HIS. BUT HIS SHOULD BE NEGATIVE. BUT THE ITCHING HAS NOT STOPPED AND IT IS IRRITATING. THE DR GAVE ME DOXYCYCLINE FOR AN ANTIBIOTIC. AND THE OTHER THING I AM SCARED OF IS WHEN I TOOK OUT MY NUVA RING ON SUNDAY I NOTICED A BUMP (LIKE A BALL OF TISSUE) ON THE INSIDE OF MY VAGINA. so.... you do NOT have that and the dr. THOUGHT thats what it was? either way, glad its neg.
if thats the case then your hubby should be negative as well right? post back and give us the scoop okay? sounds like its going to be fine. betcha its just a yeast infection.

i know you are scared but when his test comes back, please just dont accept his word. ask for the results. you NEED to know. its important. this must be devastating. i hope it comes back neg. and there is some sort of mistake. please post and let us know ok???? we'll help you through either way.
