SWOLLEN BREASTS WHEN AROUND BABIES

Hi,
I've had incredibly swollen and tender breast for the last few days. I've just had my period so it's not that and I'm def not pregnant.
Could it be (and I know this is weird) because I've spent the last few days with friends who all have babies. I've ended up holding and playing with them for most of the last few days and it seems as if my boobs are telling me something cos this is very unusual for me??? Sympathy breasts???
