Seriously so done with my vagina! Idk what’s wrong, please help!

Sorry this is so long but I’m desperate for advice... For weeks now, my vagina has been giving me hell! It started with chlamydia a couple months back. I went to the dr and got treated and had my bf treated as well. Then a couple weeks after, I started noticing a lot of discharge. Thin but stinky!! I figured it was a yeast infection so I did the Monistat 7 day treatment. I was good for a couple days but then it starts again! It’s a clear/milky thin discharge, the smell changes. It’s sometimes sweet and it’s sometimes like fishy or like old meat...and it’s really sensitive (painful) to the touch between my urethra and vagina....after I have sex it is unbearable to pee, it feels like everything is wrapping and it feels like there is a needle stabbing the right side of my vagina when I have sex. I felt last night after sex and it was swilling around my vagina and tender. I have an appointment Wednesday with my dr but I’m just so worried about what it could be. Please help me

Sweetie, what you describe isn't a yeast infection most likely, but is probably a bacterial infection. This can happen after antibiotics too.  The hallmark of bacterial vaginosis is foul smelling discharge (smell comes and goes and is worse after intercourse) with a greyish, watery discharge.  Sound familiar. Hallmark signs of yeast infections are thick discharge that is clumpy, yellow or white and it itches like crazy.  So, you need to get antibiotics for the BV (doctor will swab you and confirm that's what it is).  Also, just fyi, the thing about chlamydia is that it is hard to get rid of.  You have to have three negative tests to be assured you're negative.  Have another test if you just had the one.  good luck
