Sever Stomache pain prevents sleeping and eating

It started 4 weeks ago with severe head aches. This went on for about two and a half weeks now the headaches have really decreased but I am constantly nauseous. Most hours of the day I am dealing with the feeling right before you puke however I am not puking. This is keeping me up at night, preventing me from eating normally and keeping me from my normal daily activities. I went to my family physician and she wasn’t sure what would be causing this. She checked for bladder infection and pregnancy both negative. Suggested that it may be heart burn but it’s definitely not. Help I can’t function, I am having trouble working and living. Any idea what i might be suffering from?
