Severe Right Side Pain

Last November I had my right Ovary removed. I had a large benine tumor that basically went over my ovary and it had to be removed.  Being that it has been almost a year, I still get pain on my right side.  The pain right now is so bad I can barely stand up straight nor am I really able to walk without slouching, how it was before I had the tumor and my ovary removed.
Is this normal???? Please help.

Could you be constipated or have a hernia at the surgery site? Hope you feel better soon. Also, do you still have your appendix?
