Severe leg and arm pain.

I really dont know where to go for help and its been forever since I actually asked a question on here. Well I have 2 problems but I will give you a brief history before asking my question. I have 4 kids, had 2 miscarriages. About 5 months ago I had a partial hysterectomy, I still have my ovaries, due to Endomitriosis and Adenomyosis. I realize that the stuff I just told you may have nothing to do with whats going on but I wanted to fill you in.
Porblem 1) If I do too much wiht my left arm it starts to ache, if I continue with activity it goes from aching to burning and from burning to numbness. Its really bad whenI hold my 1 year old. It gets so bad that it feels like I could drop her at any minute. This frightens me, I am afraid I may drop her caseu I get to the point where I cant hold on anymore. She does walk most of the time. Like right now typing is killing me and have little to no grip most days.
Problem 2) My legs hurt when i walk especially up an down stairs and its real bad in tthe mornings. The bone that runs along ur leg, if it gets hit or sometimes barely bumped it hurts so bad its sends me into tears. Almost like its broken or something. I really need help. I dont have insurance, i am looking now and I cant afford to go to the doctor without insurance. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
