Sex After NovaSure

I am supposed to have NovaSure in a month or so and I am terrified that it will interfere with my sex life.  Is it really possible to have vaginal dryness, reduced sex drive, or other problems that last forever?

Be sure to ask lots of questions. I had it done 2 weeks ago today, so I have not had sex yet. The Doc. Told me to wait 4. weeks. But I had severe cramping after the surgery the next day I had very severe back pain that continued for over a week. I still have the back pain and continue to have light spotting and discharge. The back pain way by far the worst and has keeped me from returning to my normal life. The reason I chose to do the nova sure was because was not supposed to need downtime. It has been a real disappointment for me as I wished I would have just had the hysterectomy done.  Which its looking like I may have to have now:(
On another note- I have a friend who has had no problems and was back at work the next day. Google nova sure procedure complications and read the forums. I really wish I had, good luck and let me know what you decide

You could. You might not also have any problems. Pregnancy and delivery is supposed to do similar things and I've never had any issues with that myself. There will always be risks and side effects associated with anything you do or take. You just need to figure out which is more important to you.
