Sex after Vaginal tear during delivery

During delivery, I had a 1st degree vaginal tear, in which the doctor said it was a little tear and it required a couple of stiches. My husband and I had intercourse for the first time after delivering the baby after 7 weeks. Throughout the day afterwards I bleed a little. I am pretty sure that it came from the tear I got during delivery. Is this normal? Or can it be possible that the tear reopened? Thank you for your comments.

after i had my daughter the same happened to me i kept reopening the tear as long as its not causing a lot of pain it should be fine
