Sex question, please advise!

(this is way detailed and personal sorry!) Recently when I orgasm I get a faint lower abdonimal pain for a little while after. It actually feels like my ovaries are sore lol. Does anyone know why this is happening or what it could be?

When you orgasm, your uterus contracts along with your pelvic floor muscles (meant for helping sperm get to the final destination!)

The pain that you're feeling and the 'muscle spasms' that the pp's doctor was referring to is more than likely just the uterus contracting.
