Sharp Pain In Lower abdomen

Hello.
I have recently expierenced sharp pains in my Lower Abdomen (i'm pretty sure it is my ovaries) I have had these shooting pains before but only recently has it really made me consider being more then just a random pain.
The 1st serious time, i was getting out of my car when i felt the pain in my right ovary. It stopped me right away and almost brought me to my knees.
the 2nd time i tried to work through it but the pain presisted. It would hurt ever movement and breath i took.
what could it be?  It is a SHARP pain on my right side.

It could possibly be ovarian cysts bursting, I know those are almost blindingly painful. I'd see a doctor ASAP.
