well i dont know to much on the topic, but it could be an ovarian cyst, google the symptoms of it and if it matches yours maybe consult a doctor. for what i know a cyst is a buildup of fluids on the ovaries and is pretty well harmless though the very very odd case it could be cancerous. they cause pain just from the pressure and when they 'burst'. some women get them even monthly when they are menstrating and its nothing that has to be removed but it can be if its extremely painful within a day surgery. i know people who have had them and who still do n they can come n go whenever, some stay for a longer period than others too, and it causes pain in the pelvic and abdominal area. so check that out..

you need to see a doc ASAP. pain is a way of telling you something is wrong with your body, something is out of sync. so you need to take that information and go see a physician.

Go see a doctor as soon as possible.  That's not normal.
Are you running a temperature?  Nausea/vomiting?  If so, go to the ER right now.  Don't mess around.  Pain on the right side is never something to mess around with.
