Shooting pain in up vagina into cervix

I have been having weird pains and wasn't sure what it could be, I was urinating alot and there was a slight amount of pressure but i know the difference between a UTI and Bacterial vaginosis so i didn't think it was anything serious. I had intercourse last night and it was the most painful thing i have ever experinced. I went to the walk in clinic and they said I have a kidney infection so i am on bactrim. But the pains in my vagina and cervix are very painful it hurts to walk, and it even hurts when I try to pass gas. my whole body hurts and earlier my jaw felt like I had been chewing gum for a month straight i could barely eat. I don't know what else to do.
