Should I get test for endometrium hyperplasia?

I am 27 years old, rencently had right middle abdo pain. It's very similar to the pain when I have air trap in my tommy, the only different was it last for 2 days. So I want to see a local doctor,she ordered me to have pelvis ultrasound. The pain had eased the day before I had the ultrasound. I wasn't worry about it until I've seen the conclusion: there's thickening of the endometrium, it measured 1.5cm in diameter, it suggesting endometrial hyperplaia. I actually don't have any of the common symptoms,my period was quite normal, except the first 2 days was really painful. I don't have bleeding in between my period. I'm not overweight, I stopped pills in early January ( I've only been taking it 3 months a year). The local doctor said it's fine. But after searching through the web, I started to worry, and wondering if I should have further test. I am also planning to travel overseas(I'm in Australia) for about 2 months,I only have about 5 weeks left, Just wonder if I should have the test before I leave the country or wait for 2 months.And if I decide to do it, how long do I have to wait before I can travel?
