Skin Tags All Over the Vaginal Region

When I was around 20 weeks pregnant I noticed skin tags forming on the outside of my vagina. My OB said they are not harmful, but that she would not remove them for 1.they could go away after pregnancy and 2.there were too many. Well I am now 8 weeks post partum...but they are still there..and worse..they have multiplied. I have at least over 25. How on earth do I get rid of these embarrassing skin tags without a doctor?

My OB tested me while I was pregnant and said that I don't have genital warts...but I have no idea why this is happening. The closest dermatologist is 45 minutes away, but they won't take my insurance. I'm afraid it will cost way too much..I just don't have that kind of money. So I guess I'll go to a normal doctor. I hate these things so much...it's hard to be intimate with my boyfriend because I'm so embarrassed by them :(

You are sure they are skin tags and not genital warts?  I can't understand why the doc would not remove them.  Get to a dermatologist pronto, it sounds VERY frustrating!!!
