Small white painful bumps on vaginal opening

I just noticed a few days ago these very tiny white bumps right on my vaginal opening and a bit inside. They are tender to touch and occasionally hurt if something is rubbing against it. I am a virgin but I have given and received oral sex, but only from one person who has had no other sex partners. I am wondering if it could be a bacterial infection of some kind? Possibly from shaving around that area or friction and sweating from exercise? If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
It can be due to folliculitis or irritated hair follicles but since you have had oral sex, then herpes sores should be ruled out. Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics and warm compresses. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics and incision and drainage may be needed. Please consult a gynecologist in that case.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Thank you, I have been doing this. It has been about two weeks and the bumps are still there, but they seem to be going away slightly and are far less painful.
