I have a "fishy" smell and my vagina is very itchy.  Does anyone know what this may be?

Could be yeast or BV.  Either one you need medication for.  Go to the doc.

Probably bv.  You need antibiotic (flagyl) to clear it up.  Also, have them run tests to see if anything else is going on.  Just to stay safe:) BV and/or yeast can sometimes mimic std's.

The smell is indicative of bacterial vaginosis.  The itching is indicative of a yeast infection.  You'll need a prescription to get rid of the bacterial vaginosis, so you definitely need a doc appointment soon.
