So lost, please help... STD?

I have a slight problem.

I have a small pea-sized lump on my right labia minora. It's inside and it's not painful. Doesn't have a "head" or any puss or anything like that. It's been there about a week so far. I shave, but it's not an ingrown hair (i know because i get those often). I don't have any other lumps and bumps down there. However, i was on my period when this lump came about. And i also have some discharge every now and then, more than usual I think... Also after sex i'm sore and it burns to urinate. I'm almost certain I have a yeast infection so i'm going to use the monistat tonight (3 day one). I'm just not sure why i would develop this lump. I've had bartholin cyst before, and this isn't it. Now onto my other problem.

My fiancé thought he had a UTI so we were doing home treatments for that as well as antibiotics. The antibiotics didn't work. He has a burning sensation in his shaft after sex as well as when he urinates (after sex). From the research i've done, it's probably not a UTI. He could have a yeast infection from me (IF that's what i have), and it could be from too much sex. But i'm scared that it could be something else as well. Herpes has a lot of the same symptoms. HOWEVER, neither of us have any sores, lesions, cuts, weird-colored discharge, etc.

What could this be? I've checked with the clinic and the soonest we could get in is in 3 weeks. Until then, i can't rest! Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I know i'm faithful on my end. But you never really know with your partner. I'd like to think he was faithful. Just the symptoms seem like too much. It's 3 weeks until I can get an appointment to see a doc, that's what scares me. Thanks for your help though. I really do appreciate it.

I doubt its herpes. It sounds like a yeast infection, maybe just a really bad one. I think you can get bumps from yeast infections. But if it's not that... the first thing that came to my mind was chlamydia. Here's the symptoms in woman:

an unusual vaginal discharge
pain or a burning sensation when passing urine
bleeding between periods
pain during sex or bleeding after sex
low abdominal pain sometimes with nausea

and in men:
white/cloudy, watery discharge from the tip of the penis
pain or a burning sensation when passing urine
testicular pain and/or swelling

however you are in a relationship, if faithful it shouldn't be that. just go to doctors and see what they have to say. It's better to get rid of it, then have it partly go away and come back.
