Sore Breast

Hi, I am 22 years old and have had a sore breast now for the last month and half!
I am not on any contraception so it is not added hormones in my body!!
It is only my left breast that is sore and I have caught myself holding it so that it does not hurt as much! It has grown a cup size in this time as well whereas my right breast has not! There are no lumps or anything there that I can feel
Does anyone have any suggestions on what it might be or ways to reduce / get rid of the pain!!
Many thanks

I'm not sure what it is then. Maybe just growth or hormonal then. if they've check and couldn't find anything then I doubt it anything serious.

I would see your doctor. Usually women find they have pain in both breasts - and it usually down to hormonal reasons, but I've not heard many women having pain in just one so best to get it checked out. Especially since it's grown and the other one hasn't.
